Her classes could be described as a slow-paced, conscious vinyasa, rooted in and inspired by Hatha, Ashtanga and Jivamukti practices. Valentine also loves the Yin side of the asana practice, which she infuses in her classes. Creative and not-so-serious, while still challenging her students and really caring for them and their wellbeing, Valentine wishes her classes to be as inclusive as possible, a safe space for everyone to be in.
